Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, including great coffee and a choice of eggs or granola. A helpful communal kitchen for snacks and socializing.

The room was luxury and exceptionally comfortable, with an own bathroom. It had great and unbeatable location, just next door to Santa Elena and Monteverde reserves, and a lovely cafe and restaurants. Furthermore, close to everything in town that you might need.

Their staff were relaxed.

The central location made it easy to access tours, and Jeannie's helpful recommendations really enhanced my experience. The cozy lobby area created a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Had nice stay for two nights. Provided breakfast was delicious with rice & beans and fruit, for instance, exceeded our expectations. We had double room by the garden. Throughout the day staff were really good!

Bringing a small USB fan is highly recommended, especially on warm nights, as it enhances airflow and comfort without bugs bothering you.

Intrigued by the excellent location, I found myself just minutes away from tour pickups and local dining spots. The staff, notably the multilingual receptionists, made planning activities easy. I enjoyed the communal kitchen and a peaceful courtyard. The included breakfast was good!

Excellent Central Location and Helpful Staff

I stayed for three nights in a Beautiful Double Room and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were cute and helped me book tours with ease. The room was clean, and I loved the communal kitchen and garden area. Be prepared for some noise from the street. Bringing earplugs is a good idea.

I really enjoyed how the staff provided excellent customer service. The beautiful garden area was perfect for unwinding after a day of walking through nearby attractions like the Monteverde Theme Park and Valle Escondido Preserve, both just a short stroll away. As a solo traveler, it was so nice to have a cozy room with a private bathroom after staying at hostels with shared facilities, but it would help to have thicker curtains for better sleep.

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Monteverde with good value for cost. The staff were super nice and helped me book fun activities. Make sure to wake up early for breakfast if you have plans.
